Vas has over 15 years of experience in executive roles within media, gaming and entertainment start ups. After a successful early career in tech B2B sales, he became a Director with Heaven Media, where he helped pivot a digital publisher into what is today, one of the largest privately owned agencies in gaming, securing the companies first ever agency client in a multi million dollar deal along the way. Vas moved on to help build the commercial strategy for world leading esports platform and tournament Organiser, FACEIT, where he secured partnerships from several Fortune 500 companies. Having joined Misfits Gaming Group in January 2020, Vas has helped create the go to market strategy for the business and leads the global partnership team, who's focus is helping brands build effective partnerships across the companies diverse portfolio of assets.
