Tony Knopp
Tony is a SaaS and sports tech executive and start-up advisor serving as CEO and Co-Founder of TicketManager. Tony has experience building and scaling businesses from inception including Corporate Sales at StubHub (sold to ebay), TicketManager as CEO and Co-Founder, and as an advisor to multiple growth tech businesses. Along with his Co-Founders, Tony has built TicketManager from a boot-strap three-man garage band to an institutionally backed Saas platform making client entertainment easy and proving the value for companies of all sizes with offices in Calabasas, Phoenix, New York, London and Islamabad. TicketManager serves a who's who client list including Anheuser Busch, Coca-Cola MasterCard, FedEx, Wells Fargo, Verizon, the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, and Adidas among others with over 30 million tickets annually and $1 billion in face value going through the platform annually. He's driven partnerships with over one hundred professional teams and universities as well as tech giants Ticketmaster, Salesforce, Concur, and Oracle. Tony has led investment and debt capital financings over $30mm in his role as CEO. Under his guidance, TicketManager has been recognized by the INC 5000 six times, including a silver medallion for 5 consecutive years, the 100 Best Places To Work In Los Angeles and 100 Fastest Growing Companies by the LA Business Journal six times (as high as #3), and was noted as a "25 Fastest Growing Tech Start-Ups in LA" by Built in LA. Personally, he was recognized as one of "50 To Watch In The LA Tech Scene" by Built In LA and a Techweek 100 Influencer. Tony is the Co-Founder of TicketManager Summit, an industry tradeshow which hosts four hundred plus leaders in sports and technology. He holds Advisory Board positions at multiple tech start-ups including one ticketing exit and two current ticket technology companies (Fevo & Project Admission). Tony also serves as a Mentor for TechStars Sports. A contributor to multiple media outlets, Tony appears in publications regularly including: NBC, Fox, CBS, BBC, The Wall St. Journal, SI.com, New York Times, Sports Business Journal, INC, Bloomberg, and Forbes, amongst others, and regularly appears on ESPN Radio. At TicketManager, Tony believes in servant leadership where he and his team volunteer twice monthly in the community with the West Valley Food Pantry, the Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission and Habitat for Humanity and volunteers weekly in his church. Tony played volleyball at the University of Southern California, played for the United States Under-19 Men's Team and was selected to the 1998 United States Under 20 Men's National Team. Tony resides in Calabasas with his wife Laura and his three children Dellan, Laney, and Lilah.
