Roger VanDerSnick is an Indiana native and graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, earning a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering. VanDerSnick is entering his seventh season with the Indianapolis Colts, after more than 25 years of experience in the brand management and sales & marketing fields. At the Colts, he is responsible for all commercial operations of the team, including ticket sales, sponsorship sales, marketing, content/production, media, and business analytics. He most recently served as chief sales and marketing officer of International Management Group (IMG), College Division for six years. Prior to his time at IMG, VanDerSnick spent twelve years in auto racing, serving in a number of roles including vice president of marketing for NASCAR and chief operating officer for International Speedway Corp. Prior to entering the sports industry, VanDerSnick was with Procter & Gamble for 15 years, with his last several assignments in various brand management/marketing roles in the corporate offices in Cincinnati, OH. VanDerSnick has 2 daughters and resides in Indianapolis with his wife Dawn. He serves on the board of the directors of the Indy Chamber and the 500 Festival.
