Niamh Tallon

Niamh Tallon is the founder of Her Sport - Ireland's leading organisation, solely dedicated to women in sport. Her Sport is tackling gender inequality in sport through media and education. Niamh has led the Her Sport team in building a digital community of over 220,000 people, amplifying the voices of female athletes and championing women's sport while collaborating with some of the largest brands nationally and internationally.

In addition, Her Sport has developed an innovative education solution aimed at combating the dropout of girls and women in sport. This is currently being scaled nationwide across Ireland and available to schools, sports clubs and businesses with the aim of global roll-out.
