A native of Indiana and a noted national esports expert, Pacers Gaming General Manager Cody Parrent is the perfect person to head up the franchise. Growing up a “Hoosier,” Parrent knows full well how important basketball is to his state and through his professional career has established himself as one of the leaders in the gaming industry.
Before joining Pacers Gaming, Parrent was co-founder of NBA 2K Lab, a data analytics company with a specific focus on the NBA 2K video franchise, uniquely equipping him with the expertise necessary for success in Indiana. Parrent’s duties include scouting, recruiting, and drafting potential players while reporting directly to Todd Taylor, Chief Commercial Officer of PS&E and Rick Fuson, CEO of PS&E.
