Charlie Sungho Shin is a seasoned sports executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, growth strategy, customer relationship management (CRM), digital transformation, and data analytics.
Since 2021, he has served as the Vice President of Analytics and Digital Innovation for the Indianapolis Colts, overseeing strategic planning and technology initiatives.
Previously, he was Vice President of Strategy and Analytics at Major League Soccer (MLS) in New York City, where he developed the league's CRM strategy and centralized marketing technology infrastructure.
Charlie has also worked as a senior consultant at IBM BCS and PwC Consulting, focusing on corporate strategy and performance marketing.
Additionally, he served as an adjunct faculty member at New York University and Columbia University’s sports management graduate program.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Yonsei University and a Master of Science in Sports Business from New York University.
