Julian Duncan joined the Jaguars leadership team in 2018 as Chief Marketing Officer. He is responsible for leading the strategic and creative development of all marketing, branding, digital, experiential, and promotional strategies for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Duncan brought more than a decade of brand management and marketing leadership experience with globally recognized sports brands, Nike and Under Armour. Throughout his journey in the sports apparel industry, he crafted marketing strategies and drove execution at the global level, elevating performance and lifestyle products across a myriad of sports categories. He has led partnerships with global sport and cultural icons including LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Serena Williams, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
Duncan has a specific passion for catalysing increased minority participation in the marketing field and currently pursues this via his role on the advisory board of the Marcus Graham Project.
