Former Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Media Disrupter of the Year recipient, Jackie Fast is no stranger in utilising change to amplify growth. She directs leaders and brands on how to succeed through the power of sponsorship in the current era of disruptive media fragmentation.
Arriving from Canada in 2007 with the intent to backpack Europe, Jackie ended up staying in London and launching her career. Her first business Slingshot Sponsorship was started in her bedroom in 2010 with just a laptop and £2,000. A relentless 6 years later with offices worldwide, Jackie sold Slingshot for millions having worked with high profile clients including Sir Richard Branson, the Rolling Stones, Shell, Red Bull, Allianz, The Mayor of London, Prince, and many more.
Following her exit in 2017, Jackie took time off to publish sponsorship sales book ‘PINPOINT: How Challenging the Norm is the only route to Success in Selling Sponsorship’ which became an Amazon bestseller. With a passion for wine, she also launched her own Ice Wine brand REBEL Pi which has already developed a cult following in Britain in Michelin-starred restaurants. She now speaks and writes regularly on sponsorship, entrepreneurship, investment, and scaling high-growth businesses. She has been featured in Forbes Magazine and starred in reality TV show BBC’s The Apprentice. She currently acts as Non-Executive Board Director of FinTech start-up The Money Platform, Board Advisor to the University of West London’s Innovation Lab, Chairman of the European Sponsorship Association Awards and Brand Ambassador for the Cheetah Conservation Fund UK.
