Biography
Prior to founding Powerhouse Capital, Ian was a Principal at Evolution Media responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments and he currently serves as a Director of The Athletic, Gametime, and Stem while maintaining a Board Observer seat at Epic!. He also previously served in a Board Observer capacity in Scopely, Layer3 TV (sold to T-Mobile), and ATTN. Prior to joining Evolution Media in 2008, Ian worked at PlumTV, a startup local-TV platform and previously had Portfolio Manager roles are two hedge funds where he focused on long-short public market investments across various sectors.
Ian graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
