As a recently retired rugby player, Andrew’s 14-year professional career with Ireland and Ulster contained many highlights. This included Six Nations’ Championships and the famous 2016 victory over the All-Blacks in Chicago.
In parallel, Andrew the deep-thinking student, has gained Bachelors, Post-Graduate and Master degrees in areas of Theology, Business and Finance. He’s established himself as an experienced and motivational speaker regarding performance in high-pressure environments.
As a co-Founder of Kairos in 2018, Andrew is now putting technology to use in his quest to streamline planning and optimise performance across elite sports clubs. By putting the athlete first, Kairos has created a simple yet engaging application that empowers elite sports players to engineer, design and own their weekly performances. Ultimately this helps to create those fractional advantages that can make all the difference on the field.
