A former college basketball coach who made the leap into technology and entrepreneurship, Adam has helped multiple startups scale to significant fundraising events and exits. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Phoenix Capital Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in companies across the sports, gaming, human performance, and immersive media sectors.
Prior to PCV, Adam helped launch Endeavor in Atlanta, a global organization that works with high-growth entrepreneurs across the Southeast. Since opening in 2017, the Atlanta office became one of the leading Endeavor offices across all global markets working with multiple unicorns and helping its companies achieve multi-billion dollars in enterprise value.
Adam previously served as a member of the original founding team of Insightpool, where he was responsible for overseeing all business development, sales, and client engagement, before its eventual exit. He’s also been an operator of three other Atlanta startups, including SidePrize, a fantasy sports gaming company; WideAngle, a performance management platform changing the way companies develop their employees; and Exposure, a visual storytelling platform.
Adam is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he spent three years working with the basketball program. Later, he served as an assistant for the Jacksonville University basketball team. Adam lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and son.
